Platoon Wild is a 5-reel 20-payline war-themed slot based on the Oliver Stone’s Oscar-winning classic from 1986. Like in the famous movie the story in this slot revolves around a group of soldiers set in the jungles of Vietnam in the midst of war fight.

Another branded slot based on a popular film theme. In our opinion, Platoon Wild will have a limited audience, first of all owing to the theme.

Though pictures of soldiers from the flick and bullets together with an intense soundtrack promise loads of action and rush, the slot itself does not quite live up to it. We would like to have seen more special features to shake things up a bit. This way, it feels like we’ve been hiding in the jungle for days waiting for the fight to begin.

Truth to be told, the Jackpot is one of the features that makes the progressive slot worth playing, but even so, with the low stakes, anyone who likes to bet big won’t find reasons to keep spinning the reels.
